Macau Day 2

On the second day, the weather in Macau was awesome(at least not very hot:D) so that we can took a lot of photos. We went to one of the famous Portuguese curry restaurant ~ Restaurante Ali to enjoy our lunch with a good view of  the Macau Tower. After doing some window shopping in The Venetian Macao Hotel, we chose to stop at the Kafelaku Coffee Shop to enjoy a cup of Kopi Luwak coffee. Macau is a lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

I always enjoy spending time with my family. Hope you all have a great weekend with your family and friends!

Macau Day 1

I spent 2 days with my family in Macau last 2 weeks on Wednesday. We stayed in Holiday Inn which is a new hotel in Macau Cotai Central. After lunch, we walked toward one of Macau's most famous landmarks ~ Ruins of St. Paul.  Because of the weather was so hot on that day, we decided to stay in the hotel, had an afternoon tea at Conrad Macao Cotai Central and spent some time in the casino before went out for dinner:) My friend recommended me the best place to taste genuine Portuguese cuisine is at Restaurante Litoral. It's a really cozy restaurant and the food is awesome! Definitely go back again!!

Have a wonderful day to you all!

Day 4 ~ Shangahi ~ Leopard sweater

Here for you the photos of last day in Shanghai. We visited the Jing'an Temple(a Buddhist temple) in the morning. It's one of the most famous temples in Shanghai which is located at West Nanjing Road, the flourishing downtown area of Shanghai. Then we had the delicate dessert at Chartres before leaving Shanghai.

I really enjoyed the days I spent in Shanghai where I felt so relaxed. I decided to visit there again in August:)

Have a fabulous weekend!

Day 2 ~ Shanghai ~ New Hat

On the second day in Shanghai, I got my new hat for only RMB$150. I really can't believe that it's in such a good price. It looks gorgeous! Isn't it? I'm so in love with this hat and couldn't wait to wear it right away. What do you think?

Have a fabulous day to you all!

Day 1 ~ Shanghai

Last February, hubby and I went to visit my Aunt who moved from Hong Kong to Shanghai last year. This is my second time to Shanghai. My Aunt took us some places that I've never been before.
Here's the photos of my first day in Shanghai. One of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai is The Bund. The Bund at night is brilliant! What do you think? After walking around the Bund, we went to dinner at Lost Heaven which is Yunnan cuisine restaurant. The food is delicious! After dinner, we had a drink at Lost Heaven Lounge(The 3rd and 4th floors of Lost Heaven the Bund). It has a lovely rooftop terrace and the decor is very nice. It's definitely a great place to lounge and enjoy!
Have a fabulous day to you all!

Guilin

Before I go to Shanghai tomorrow morning. Here for you some photos of Guilin where I visited last month.

It was my first time in Guilin, is considered the beautiful city in China. We stayed in Lijiang Waterfall Hotel, the artificial waterfall that rushes down from its top matches the picturesque ambience of the hotel every 8:30pm. It's so amazing!!

In Silver Cave, I was impressed by the magnificent natural art gallery. Gratefully my hubby's camera(5D Mark II) can take some great photos in such a dark place:D We also joined a Lijiang river boat tour but it was cloudy on that day, so that we haven't took many photos there. Hope you'll enjoy it!

Have a beautiful day!

Day 2 ~ Bangkok

On the second day in Bangkok, we had French food with the finest ingredients in a relaxing atmosphere at Aubergine Restaurant. It's situated in a beautiful colonial-style house in a former embassy compound, that exudes warmth amid its modern interior.

Before we went to have lunch, I bought a pair of shoes at Jelly Dreams (will show you soon)
Here are some photos of my look and of course the delicious food photos:)

Enjoy the day!

The Fabulous Orange ~ Hermès

I have to say that Seoul is such a lovely place to visit. Great for shopping, good foods, nice people...I enjoyed the time I spent in there. I bought a lot of things this time...clothes, cosmetic products, accessories...but the most gorgeous of course is Hermès. Here are the new buys in Hermès. What do you say?

I want to buy a bracelet from Hermès for so long but it's quite difficult for me to choose the appropriate one. Because I wear my love bracelet everyday (that's why I didn't buy any bracelet lately except this one I found in Hermès).  Those Hermès bracelets are fabulous...such as Collier de Chien, Enamel H, Cartouche, Kelly Double Tour...But I only found Behapi
leather wrap bracelet with the gold
and palladium plated hardware is just perfection and match with my Cartier Love bracelet. Choose this color not orange or others just because it is low profile:) Another purchase is Hermès Carré. Many choices there but I love Paris, so I picked this one. Hope you like it as much as I do:)

Have a fabulous day to you all!!

Promenade Hermès Museum, Seoul

In the Promenade Hermès Museum, is an imaginary forest that was designed to create a very fantastic aura utilizing the motive of verticality and nature. The trunks of the 'trees' exhibit various collections that reflect the creative spirit of Hermès. The museum is small but worth to visit! I'm not only enjoyable to look around but also took many pictures there:)

Are you ready? Let's go go go...see what behind the 'trees'!

Day 4 ~ Maison Hermès Dosan Park

It should be the most fabulous day I've been in Seoul! We went to Hermès’ fourth flagship store in Dosan Park, Seoul. We had an afternoon tea at Cafe Madang, then we look around
Promenade Hermès Museum and shopping in Hermès!

Tell you more about Maison Hermès Dosan Park. This flagship store is a cube-shaped building with a copper silkscreen facade, consists of four floors. Promenade Hermès Museum and Cafe Madang are situated in the basement, the first and second floors are the shopping area, the third floor is Atelier Hermès, an exhibition area.

Do you want to know what I bought in Hermès? And more photos from Promenade Hermès Museum on next post. Stay tuned!!

Have a fabulous Friday!!

Day 3 ~ Seoul ~ PAUL

The weather was sunny and quite warm on the third day. We arrived at PAUL at around 4pm. The business hour to 7pm but the kitchen is already closed when we arrived there. Other than Eclair- SOLD OUT. That's why we had nothing to eat but Eclair!!!!

Walking around Seoul, you'll see people holding their own cup of coffee almost all the time. If you’ve noticed anything at cafes in Seoul then you know that desserts always have a place. Coffine Gurunaru is one of my choice, which is a chain of coffee stores around Seoul. This coffeehouse serves a reasonably price of coffee and their Korean-style toast is super delicious! I tried the honey toast ~ with honey and caramel drizzled on top and topped with a tons of lightly sugared whipped cream. Awesome!!

Have a happy day!!

Day 2 ~ Seoul ~ All Black

The weather was a bit chilly on the second day in Seoul but it was a nice day out for shopping. I chose to wear H&M fake fur coat for the chilly day. I want to do something eye-catching and fancy on my all black outfit. Kate Spade sequin bag is my choice!

Happy Fall in Seoul!

Day 3 ~ Chiang Mai

Yesterday afternoon I was busy to pack my stuff. Now I'm ready for Seoul! Tonight I'll leave here and go to visit my BFF in Seoul. Can't wait to see her!! I'll try my best to update my blog.

Here are some photos from my last trip in Chiang Mai. If you were there, I recommend you go to Nimmanheamin Road for a walk, you can find some stylish boutiques there. After a little shopping, we spent 3 hours to have a relaxing spa at RarinJinda Wellness Spa Resort. Then we had dinner in a Spanish restaurant. The Spanish Chef creates an imaginative menu combining traditional & contemporary tapas, salad and pasta. Don't miss their signature drink 'Sangria Trio'! It's such a relaxing day we enjoyed the most in Chiang Mai!

Have a great weekend!

Day 2 ~ Chiang Mai

In day 2, we woke up early in the morning because we joined the one day tour to Chiang Rai. The tour guide picked up us at 7:30am, we get a relax at the hot spring first. Then we started to visit some places in one day. We visited the White Temple, unlike any temple you will find in Thailand, this one had a unique theme running through it. The pit with all the hands is a representation of hell. The murals inside the temple are very modern and contemporary, which shows things like McDonald’s, satellites, and human sperm. The message is what people in life are consumed by, and what they need to do to let go of this consummation and be happy. It’s a must see temple! Then we went to Golden Triangle and take a boat to Laos and Myanmar. After lunch in Golden Triangle Restaurant, we visited Karen Long Neck and Big Ears hill tribe. Most people know of the Karen people from television documentaries. I feel incredible while I met them in person. They are so nice and I bought some souvenir at there. Here are some photos of the one day tour. Will show you some more photos of me with Karen people and big ear hill tribe woman soon.

Have a wonderful day!

Day 1 Night ~ Chiang Mai

After a wonderful sunbathing, at night, we went to Kalare Night Bazaar and had some food in the food centre. The hotel made an early birthday surprise to my hubby ~ when we went back to our room, we found that they arranged a birthday cake for greeting my hubby's birthday. Don't you think that the hotel group are so sweet and thoughtful?! Actually we booked the table for dinner on next day and a special complimentary birthday cake will also be set by the hotel restaurant. (Lucky man to have 2 birthday cakes!) What can you ask for more! It really made our day on the first day visit!

Here are some photos of the first night in Chiang Mai. Hope you'll enjoy!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Day 1 ~ Chiang Mai Trip

Sorry for the lack of posts on my blog. I just landed back home after a week vacation with my hubby and friends in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. I've been to Bangkok many times and I love that city and never get bored. (my last holiday to Bangkok in March this year) but I've never been to Chiang Mai. This is the first time we visited Chiang Mai and stayed in The Chedi Hotel. It was a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoy sun and good food! If you don't like big resorts and still looking for something different yet luxurious, Chedi is right place for you!

We also joined a one day tour to Chiang Rai, more photos coming soon.
Stay Tuned!
