Polka Dot Maxi

I am a huge fan fo leopard, stripes, polka dots. Polka dots are always cool. Today I was wearing one of my favorite maxi dresses. Top is sheer (I worn a blue spag underneath) but bottom is lined. When I was wearing this dress, it really made me feel more feminine. This dress can go from casual to classy with a belt or a blazer. I love it with a red belt this time:)
